About the workout
I’m happy that i started to practice yoga, one of the most wise decision ever in my life. It taught me a lot, like how to be sustained, and not just while i’m practicing, but also in life. It’s amazing to see how my body evolve in the positions with time. I can touch my head with my feet, etc.
The zen gurus think that you’re thigh muscles strength influence your tenacity. Strong muscle, strong tenacity. They can squat next to the wall for minutes…try it, you will die! But if you think about it, it makes sense, right?
The main thing about yoga is the peace i feel when i do my practice. Why is that? One word: the present. I don’t think about my next meal, the bills, the guy who smiled on me at the restaurant, just how to grab my leg to reach the sky, how my body moves when i’m inhaling, paying attention to your breath is the best meditation ever…
